The process involves reconstructing project timelines, analysing the project critical path, and reviewing documentation to assign responsibility for delays, providing support in client-contractor disputes. Our comprehensive service is delivered by senior Planning team members fully trained to BTEC Level 7 in FDA, covering both prospective and retrospective investigations.

Schedule Risk Analysis

We deliver Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) to support clients with robust project and possession programme governance. Our planning specialists assess schedule health, identify key risks, and build risk-ready programmes using Monte Carlo simulation to model schedule and cost uncertainty.
