At Axial we value our people, we also recognise the need to grow the next generation of programme management professionals. Graduates joining Axial will complete our newly developed training scheme, gaining a wide experience of the Rail industry and the Axial Business. The Axial training scheme pulls on decades of rail and planning experience to shape and give the best possible start in the industry.

Our Graduate Programme

Successful candidates will be enrolled in a bespoke development programme, the Axial Training Scheme.  then spend the remainder of the first year rotating through our Planning, Integration and Data & Systems teams. Whilst working with our experienced team members you will gain a wide understanding of how each part of our business functions and get the opportunity to engage with the development of our inhouse developed planning software Axiplan. Following completion of the first year of the scheme we will work with you to identify the next steps of your career locating you in one team to develop further.
